We'd already built a great relationship with Rapid Response group over a couple of years so as soon as they were ready to re-brand they called us up and we got stuck in.

The guys have a phenomenal business that stands out from the crowd in their industries of care, medical and event cover.

Analysis

It became quickly apparent that the care industry lacked any form of personality. It was time for us to step in.

  • Competitor

    With some larger companies taking market share with a 'clinical' approach it was easy for us to find a niche for Rapid.

  • Consumer

    Our consumer research highlighted the fact that most searches are completed by significant relations to those requiring care.

What we created

We created four brand identities for the company. One for the group and one for each of the divisions as seen below. We also created a brand guidelines document and all the company stationary.

the result

The response to the new branding has been phenomenal, we've started work on the Rapid Responses websites to ensure the brand is carried across online.
